MySpace Layouts MySpace Codes MySpace Backgrounds My name is Sarah, I'm 21 yrs old, I have a Chronic Illness. I've had Cardiomyopathy Congestive Heart Failure for over two years. Instead of getting a heart transplant, I had Adult Stem Cell Therapy done June 6th, 2008 in the Dominican Republic! I wanna give a BIG thanks to everyone who helped along the ! Please check out my blogs for more information. I'd like to give big thanks to: Dr. Grekos, my doctor is awesome! Mr. and Mrs. Rzaca, for donating a very large portion of the money that was raised, Mr. and Mrs. Schultz. Like to give thanks to My Family and My fiance's family for being there through everything. Thank you Justin, for being there and pushing me through everything. I'd like to thank Cash America and Dave and Buster's for donating raffle prizes. And also all the Cash America employees @ 103rd and Blanding for all of their help and support. Big Thanks to JoEveritt for getting everything together at the dinner and the benefit show!
