I AM A SOLDIER...I am a Soldier in the Army of my God. The Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer. The Holy Bible is my code of conduct. Faith, Prayer, and the Word are my weapons of Warfare. I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity, and tested by fire.I am a volunteer in this Army, and I am enlisted for eternity. I will not retire in this Army. But I will die in this Army. I will not get out of this Army, Sell out, be talked out, or be pushed out. I am faithful, reliable, capable, and dependable. If my God needs me, I am there.I am a Soldier. I am not a Baby. I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up , pumped up, picked up, or pepped up. I am a Soldier. No one has to call me up, remind me, write me, visit me,entice me,or lure me. I am a Soldier. I am not a wimp. I am in place, aluting my king.As they old saying goes only the strong survive.Obeying His orders, praising His Name, and building His Kingdom. No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards, candy, or give me handouts. I do not need to be cuddled, cradled, cared for, or catered to. I am committed. I cannot have my feeling hurt bad enough to turn me around. I can not be discouraged enough to turn me aside. I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit.When Jesus called me into this Army, I had nothing. If I end up with nothing, I will come out even. I will win.My God will supply all my needs. I will always triumph. I can do all things through Christ.Devils cannot defeat me. People cannot disillusion me. Weather cannot weary me. Sickness cannot stop me. Battles cannot beat me. Money can not buy me. Governments can not silence me, and Hell can not handle me. I am a Soldier. Even death can not destroy me.For when my Commander calls me from this Battlefield, He will promote me to a Captain. I am a Soldier in the Army of the Lord. I am marching, I am claiming Victory.I will not give up. I will not turn around. I am a Soldier marching Heaven bound. Here I stand. Will you stand with me?I am on active Duty. Serving the Lord Faithfully, every day, and on duty 24 ~7 ~ 365 days a year.1. Are you on active Duty? Do you serve when you are called upon? Or only twice a year, Christmas or Easter?2. Are you on Guard Duty? Are you backing up the Active Duty Group?3. Are you on Duty or are you AWOL? Are you absent with out the Lord?I thank Jesus for picking me up, washing me clean with His Blood and calling me into the Army Of God. I am a Minister on the Battlefield for the Lord. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. I must go until He returns. Give everything until I drop, Preach until all know, and Work until He come Back.And when He comes to get his own, He will have no problem recognizing me. I am not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is the power of God for the Salvation of everyone who believes. I am part of His fellowship. I have stepped over the line and now I wont turn back. My future is secure. I am now living by presence, learning by Faith, loved by Patience,lifted by Prayer, and labored by Power.Thank you Jesus.
