Simone Giuffrida was born in Palermo in 1985. He has been playing guitar since he was 7. He started studying fingerstyle with Giuseppe Leopizzi at the age of 12, developing a personal style inspired by all the most famous fingerpickers.
He started playing electric guitar in 2000 when he discovered Mark Knopfler's style.Up to now, he has never used a pick in his life! Amazing!
Now Simone is playing a lot of gigs around his city, in different line-ups, or just alone with his loop-station.
