DEAD THUNDER DOLLS

In the early seventiees the music scene in New York is ruled by thy rythm of punkrock. at that time the young John Anthony Genzale aka JOHNNY THUNDERS is founding the NEW YORK DOLLS with his pals Syl Sylvain and Billy Murcia. the starting point of his extraordinary and even tragically short career which found his end at april 23rd 1991 in a hotel room in new orleans by an overdose of heroin. with the NEW YORK DOLLS and the following band THE HEARTBREAKERS Johnny Thunders rocked himself into the hall of fame of rock. to pay tribute to the musical hero of their youth 4 guys from braunschweig, germany formed the DEAD THUNDER DOLLS. due to the slogan: 'are you a boy or are you a girl?' they conquer the masses with their seventies rockchic outfit. with a hit-cocktail of unique songs like: pipeline, born to lose, chinese rocks oder you can't put your arms around a memory. ring for the rock'n'roll nurse!
