Band Members: Used to be just the three of us. Me, Myself and I.Me plays classical fingerstyle on a nylon strung guitar, Myself plays rock usually on a Strat and I plays a five string bass.Then .......when I look in the mirror .........there is this other guy waving two fingers at me on each hand saying "I can try playing drum pads with these".With friends like those who needs enemies!
Influences: Most things, everyday ......... and a great deal more every night.To be serious: Mark Knopfler who is a great composer and not to mention has great style on the guitar. John Williams, Julian Bream, Big Barry from Acrefair, Leslie West from Mountain, Messrs Clapton, Bruce and Baker, Robert De Visee, Bert Milverton, Hank, The Nightriders, Free, Led Zep, Stones, Al Stewart, Baron Knights, Jethro Tull, Thin Lizzy, Fleetwood Mac, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Gypsie Kings, Dai Shell and Ralph Jones, Steve Howe, Jan Ackerman to name a few.
Sounds Like: I'm supposed to be a classically trained heavy rocker (who plays out of time) ................. and then last winter I goes and catches the Jazz influenza.Must have been those few lessons off Esmond Selwyn.Still, if it comes naturally, and it's legal ..... Jazz it.
