Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to my underground sound.
My name is Drew Simollardes. I am the vocalist for the new hard rock band, GENUFLECT. Our debut album, "THE END OF THE WORLD," is ON SALE NOW! We will be performing shows down the east coast and across the central Unites States this summer.
My history is not a complete mystery. I began writing lyrics and recording songs at the age of 18 as the vocalist for the band REVEILLE. I have since crossed the globe performing in concert and speaking my mind.
I have toured with Kid Rock, Godsmack, Sevendust, Static-X, Fear Factory, Staind, Machinehead, Powerman 5000, Nonpoint, and the Jim Rose Circus Freak Show. I toured on the Ozzfest with Black Sabbath, Pantera, Disturbed, POD, Methods of Mayhem, Incubus, Soulfly, Kittie, Taproot, Primer 55 and Shuvel. I toured on Warped Tour with Eminem, Dropkick Murphy's, Black Eyed Peas and Ice-T. In addition, I have performed in concert with the Deftones, System of a Down, Cold, Papa Roach, Head PE, Rob Zombie, Ra, Anthrax, Tree, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I also performed at Woodstock 99' with a hundred bands (including DMX, Everlast, Ice Cube, Insane Clown Posse, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Megadeath, Metallica, Primus, Rage Against the Machine, The Chemical Brothers, The Offspring, The Roots, Wyclef Jean, and even JAMES BROWN.)
I have also written and collaborated on songs with Cypress Hill, Taproot, and POD... but in the words of John Paul Jones, from the Revolutionary War, "I have not yet begun to fight."
Today, I am 26 years old and currently residing in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. I have also lived in New York City, New york, Los Angeles, California, Orlando, Florida and Portland, Oregon and my travels have brought me everywhere in between and across the United States many times over.
