This wonderful house is was built in 1924, one of the first in the area. It's built into the hillside, instead of on stilts, like most homes in the hills. This fact makes it architecturally unique.
There are three levels to the home. The kitchen and kitchen patio belong to the first level. The living room, one of the bedrooms, a bathroom and 360-deck sit on the second level. And on the third level sits another bathroom and the master bedroom.
The property sits on 22,000 square feet of undeveloped land! There are virtually no neighbors here.
The decks face a sprawling view of the San Fernando Valley.
Photographers love this place inside and out, because of the beautiful natural light that filters throughout the house. It really must be seen in person!
