When I was very young, I loved messing around on the organ and piano we had. I played only by ear and still do. Growing up I especially became intrigued with electronic music and how it is composed and differentiates from the normal day to day music. In my teenage years I was a dj and really enjoyed the sound of Kraftwerk and Art of Noise, and I was heavily influenced by them. So I was then inspired to start writing my own music. My own music reflects personal experience and emotions and therefore my music has a great deal of heart and meaning behind it.Each song that I write is for a purpose. Whether it is to make a point to the public with a message or it is inspired by a personal experience or emotion, whether it be love, joy or pain that is relayed through the sounds and therefore freed from my mind and given to others to learn from. Other songs I write are from me getting into a zone and rockin some hard electronic beats with sounds that blur the line between song writer and artist. So in closing please listen to each one of my songs and let my music speak for itself. I hope you enjoy them. Another note;In a city in which main stream music is prodominately Hip Hop, R&B, and Rock, "I dare to be different!"
Words from Peter Schouten and others at http://www.pyramid-sound.com/About Silverkinetic:"This is poetry. It's really beautiful."
"It has a deja vu quality. Like you've hear it before but you know
you haven't heard it before."
"It covers a lot of territory but a quiet emotion pervades. It's a
quiet emotion, but it's a deep emotion."
"Very nice. Very special. I really like it. It's something I want to
keep listening to.""An unusual and uncanny melodic sense. Haunting at times - like
something you'd hear in a dream. Great stuff."
"I like what it makes me feel - like drinking water when you're
thirsty. Like having gotten enough sleep, getting up, and standing
up straight. That kind of right."
