My life is pretty chaotic, I have plenty of inspiration for my art, my escape and my passion. I grew up listening to metal, punk and prog rock (dads Emerson Lake and Palmer records). I never got that drum kit, was always the new boy at school and didn't listen to my teachers. I scratch a living working for the welsh ambulance service, a good job at times filled with comedy and strangeness. I have a wife, 2 strong sons and a skinny hound dog, who put up with me and my ways and are dear to me. I write songs and play the guitar. I'm a bit ham fisted and so have become quite the chugging specialist. I've been in bands for years off and on, no time at the mo though, but its too much a part of me to totally give it up.
