We offer complete programs in yoga, rejuvenation techniques and educational workshops. They are designed to make you feel more energized, inspired, creative, and grounded, yet practical enough to take away and apply to your daily life and job.
The Meditating Frog sends out instructors to businesses and condominiums for yoga classes and workshops in the GTA, as well as offers regular weekly classes at our Toronto and Mississauga, Canada locations.
