I am the webmistress for the website Dead Ohio . Dead Ohio contains my research, explorations, and photographs of Northeast Ohio's haunted places, urban legends, abandoned cemeteries and other local oddities. Since 2002, I have covered such places as Helltown, Gore Orphanage, the Melonheads, the Kingsbury Run Torso Murders, Franklin Castle, and Mansfield Reformatory.In real life, I am an attorney *gasp* married to Bob Ignizio , editor of the 'zine Utter Trash , aka "Bobnoxious," lead singer of the horror rock band Horror of 59 .One day we hope to be that couple who owns the creepy house at the end of the block that all the neighborhood kids are scared to grab their stray baseballs from.Despite my fascination for ghosties, I remain a skeptic. After exploring dozens of haunted places and taking hundreds of photographs, I have yet to experience a true paranormal encounter. Yet, there are definitely some pretty creepy places out here in Ohio. So, I continue my quest in search of ghosts and all things morbid... NEWS

Also, new local and national paranormal links have been added to the Links page .In the shameless self-promotion department, yours truly was interviewed by Action 19 News for its special Crybaby Bridge feature that will air on Halloween night at 11:00 p.m. on channels 43 and 19.
