She graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree. With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, Erika has worked for both private companies and corporations.Erika’s Catering Company specializes in full-service buffet presentations with multi-cultural menus, staffing, décor, and rental services.
