Bike Night @ Quaker Steak & Lube 100s of bikes came out to support
Lead Singer, Starr, belts out the tunes to classic rock songs from all of our favorite eras, along with some of Fleetwood Mac’s biggest hits. Starr has been writing lyrics for most of her life, with some number one hits under her belt which she wrote for other artist. She has written over 800 songs and is finishing a book of 1000 songs and poems. Starr has been a sound tech for 7 years at Emerald Productions. Starr and Glenn Curtis, who has run PA and lights for a number of bands, make sure the shows run smoothly. Both have been Deejays. Starr in both radio and the bar scene and Glenn in the bar scene for a number of years.
Glenn Curtis, bass player, has been in a plethora of very popular bands like Seven Ten, GodZ N' GunZ, Premonition, Formula and The Rizen. He has won songwriting contest and opened for some very popular bands. He’s known to be one of the best bass players in the region. He is constantly being asked to join other bands but states "I am not going anywhere!" "I'm right where I want playing what I want and I love the fortitude of this band."
Lead Guitarist, David Perez is a talent to be reckoned with. He puts licks together that sound like he is playing two guitars David background includes many bands of different styles. One of the bands David was a member of is Autumn Dawn currently he is in a metal project with XDA. It is no problem for David to do rifts from Fleetwood Mac to Steve Vie. Drummer, Dee Anthony helps to create the bursting intensity of DreamZ. Dee has played in quite a few popular local bands, such as Konundrum, Premonition, Seven Ten, Formula, and The Rizen. Both Dee and Glenn has open for popular bands such as Blackfoot, George Thorogood and Stepping Wolf, Jimmie Van Zant, Premonition , Judas Priest, Queensryche and Killer Doors.
Here are some of the popular bands that you will have the pleasure of hearing DreamZ performing: Journey, Fleetwood Mac, Areosmith, REO Speedwagon, Poison, Skid Row, Foo Fighters, Velvet Revolver, Van Halen, Heart, Rush, BadLands.
