Bill was born in Panama, raised in New Orleans, and now lives and performs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Bill has shared the stage, studied,and recorded with many talented musicians from around the world. He has performed in numerous genres including Rock, Metal, latin, Jazz, and Pop. currently, you can find Bill with the Bay Area Latin Pop band Amaya.
