Short BiographyHelen Pokrovskaia got her dance education in the Rotterdam Dance Academy and the at the Choreography Department of High Theater School in Amsterdam (SNDO). After graduation she worked with different choreographers in Holland and abroad: Kurt Koegel(NL), Hisako Horikawa (JP), Kirsty Simpson(USA), Gabriela Maiorino(IT/NL). She created her own work which was presented in different international modern dance festivals in Russia, Italy, Lithuania and in Dutch theaters such as Melkweg, Muiderpoort Theater, Korzo Theater. She teaches technique and improvisation/movement research workshops for students at the High Theater School (Amsterdam)
