old, grey, belly

Well, this stuff just kind of "made itself" along with some technical assistance from me. (banjo, bass, percussion, vocals, mandolin, and an occassional guitar or GUNTAR). I play guitar mostly but recently had the chance to explore the banjo thanks to the kindness of an old friend. This is the feel good- laugh good- end of the grey matter that music takes up inside my skullnut. Epilepsy inspires as much art and music as the amount of chaos that it causes. It's kind of funny how instead of learning music, music sorta learns you. I played guitar and had alot of fun in a Detroit, Michigan punk band Civil Disobedience on "Political Prisoners" and "In a Few Hours of Madness" in the late 80's- early 90's, opening for acts like Citizen Fish and Chaos U.K. The banjo has given me the oppurtunity to play with and meet some fine musicians...
