About Me

I took 8 years to graduate college and I am not a doctor. I ran a marathon and celebrated with a huge Philly cheesesteak. I can break boards with my head while flying through the air. I once won a work sponsered pie-eating contest. I won Mr. Congeniality in my high school's "Mr. St. Stephens Pageant". Kevin, one of my friends in my "My Friend Space" below actually won the event. I was jobbed. I'm from the South but I hate grits, country music, and Nascar. Actually, Nascar is becoming tolerable since one of my childhood friends just got promoted up the Busch Series. I actually try and keep up with it to see how he is doing.

4 1/2 more weeks before the triathlon - AHHH

Training - Week 12

This is getting ridiculous.  If it's not one problem it is another.  Now that I am just starting to get myself back into shape, I get sick.  I was able to get my runs on Tuesday and Thu...
