Jamie McGrory

I am a 23-year-old drummer from kirkintiloch, just outside Glasgow. I started playing drums at the age of 14 and from early on realised that I wanted to be a musician. During my playing years I have studied many styles including funk, jazz, rock, pop, Latin and enjoy playing a wide range of these styles.
I am currently the principal drum teacher at the Glasgow Yamaha Music School and at the Loud "n" Proud School of Rock, where I am also the musical director of the Loud "n" Proud rock orchestra. I also do lessons privatly in a one to one format.
As far as performing goes i am currently playing and recording for a few diffrent acts around scotland, playing a wide veriety of music. I am also in the process of working on some original material, which is taking shape nicely
I am also available for session work whether it be one off gigs, recording sessions or tours.
