Louis Simon Syrimis (aka Psymon) was born on the 17th of May 1985 in England and raised in Cyprus. He first started off playing in various metal bands around the island of Cyprus including Infection, Bitter Pill and Blynd. Louis always had a distinguished passion in dance music, especially psytrance. At the age of 16, Louis along with Pavlos Papacostas (drums) and Costantinos Lyras (guitar) competed in a battle of the bands contest at "sholi kofun", and won first prize . Louis had a big break from the Cyprus metal scene when he eventually joined the army. At that point he started off producing his own dance tracks and showed a big interest in music production. You can hear lots of different elements in Psymon's tracks, like psychedelic trance, techno, industrial and metal. After his service in the army Louis left to England and completed a BA Music Technology/Popular music and he is now studying a Masters course in Music. He is currently living in Wolverhampton and seeks for venues to perform.
