Is sarcasm a political view? Is that a new reality TV show? Yea, I've been accused of being toooo sarcastic! So, arrest me!
Along with being too sarcasic, I'm also a drummer, drum instructor, IBM part-timer, kayaker, mountain biker, camper and hiker.
I've been playing around Atlanta for 20 years and have been fortunate to play with some really great people and players. Over the years I've played Rock, Funk, Wedding band disco-hits, Classic Rock, Country, Jazz, original Rock....you name it. What a great ride it's been! I've also been lucky enough to play with a few noteworthy artists...Charlie Daniels, Travis Tritt, Steve Cropper, Rascall Flatts, and a few others. Most of those have been through the Rhubarb Jones Celebrity Golf Tournament to support the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society. Something I've been a part of with my good friends Scott Thompson and Peachtree Station .
I played with some high school buddies for a few years that deserve mention on here...Crystal Nites, Winston Blake and Robby Brannon. Anybody out there remember these guys?
After graduation from Atlanta Institute of Music I worked in the house band at The Buckboard in Marietta, GA 1998 - 2000 with Peachtree Station and eventually moved to Nashville, where I played and somehow survived the Broadway "scene" and later played in the house band at Cowboys in Kennesaw, GA 2005 - 2007 with Cody Collins and Leesa Biddy.
I'm currently gigging around town with a few groups and seeking more gigs and studio dates.
