About Me

I'm kind of laid back, I guess. I'm a Christian but I'm not into that whole TBN culture. I just try to do good things for people and show respect for God. I'm Greek but I didn't grow up in a big fat Greek community and I'm not part of the Greek Orthodox Church. I don't really smoke or drink or hang out in bars (unless it's to watch Mike sing Kareoke or to hear a good band play some music) because that stuff isn't especially healthy or entertaining. I usually just hang out with my friends and talk. We might play cards at someone's house, eat something or see a movie. I'll go to a show or a game once in a while. I'm up for whatever people want to do. My life isn't really about events or things or places. I'm into people and stories.

In my spare time, I like: drawing, writing, fitness training, martial arts, reading, climbing, playing cards (Euchre, Hearts), travel, etc. I'm a martial arts wiz but I'm not a member of a club. I stay in shape but I don't have a gym membership. I'm into playing sports but I don't really get into watching them all that much. I'm into comics and movies and I like Jackie Chan but I'm not a fanboy. I enjoy conversation about religion, philosophy, politics or whatever. I'm pretty open about myself so ask me anything.

I have friends of every sort. Everyone is welcome. I love meeting new people. If you want to be my friend then go for it. If you want to date me then go for it. Make the first move. I'm not hard to get; I'm just hard to find.

My Blog

francisco de goya and the depths of his soul:

If Francisco de Goya were alive today, he'd be drawing comic books; I'm sure of it. Check out the images below featuring some of his artwork. He was a story-teller from the get go and his later work w...

random thoughts on healthcare reform:

How would a government run healthcare service make us more "socialist" than allowing the government to run our law enforcement and fire protection services? Why is it "socialist" to make health servic...

review: zeitgeist

I decided to go ahead and watch Zeitgeist last night. Honestly, I sort of liked it. I mean, it was packed with fabrications and errors but the general theme of the movie is one I quite sympathize with...

apologetics: what is apologetics

Somewhere between fifteen and twenty years ago, I started getting involved in apologetic studies and debates both online and in college. I'd argue with evolutionists, pagans, theists, atheists, etc. I...

response to the zeitgeist movie:

Last night, I was made aware of a movie called Zeitgeist. Apparently, it's a "documentary" style film which you can watch for free on the Internet. It presumes the Jesus of the Bible was based on Egyp...
