Daredevil Gene is a supercompany that prints t-shirts and has an annual music and drinking celebration for those who push life as far as it can take us... and a tribute to all who died trying. I almost died on 6 Feb, 2004 and I can't ride anymore. I decided to have this party because of all the friends I've lost over the years. The DG Name- Scientists announced they have identified a “Daredevil†Gene, known as nueroD2, that prompts some people and animals to take risks. People with only one copy of this gene have fewer nerve cells in their amygdala than people with two copies of this gene. The amygdala is the part of the brain that controls emotions--like love and fear. So, why is this related to taking risks? This is important because people learn not to take unnecessary risks by experiencing fear. So, folks with only one copy of the gene commonly do not associate fear with risk-taking, which makes them more likely to participate in dangerous sports and experience life and love in a way that the ordinary person will never understand.
