The Lowell Peterson Project

About Me

When you cross classic rock with alternative roots, add a little funk, groove, blues, and a big heap of jamming, you get the fresh progressive sounds of The Lowell Peterson Project.
Made up of the former members of New York City’s own Judge Weed, LPP has grown to become one of the leading progressive groove oriented bands to pop up on the local music scene radar.
Alternative professions and lifestyles have brought the artisitic creations and expressions of LPP to culminate in a collection of original songs, and slick interpretations of covers, to a place of new meaning. One only need to experience a LPP show to become groove infected.......a sound that lingers.
The band is currently working on their new CD, some of the new tunes posted here, while they conquer the ennui of the private and public sector worlds........stay tuned and grooved in for upcoming information on shows and conscienceness.
