About Me

Well I am a pretty simple person I guess. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, being with good people and soaking in life. I go to school at UC Berkeley which is I believe the most diverse place in the world, in terms of people and ideas. I enjoy hunting, fishing and farming so it seems natural to want to conserve that. People who enjoy things and then continue to abuse it really confuse me. My favorite place in the world is my cabin at Lake Almanor. I can just sit back and enjoy the great outdoors. I just got back from studying in Italy, 7 months on the other side of the pond was quite an experience. I miss my host family, the small Italian streets, and the most amazing pasta every day! But I am glad to be back, start the next part of my life and enjoy my last year here at Cal. I am looking forward to spending lots of time with my bros at Sigma Nu and maybe a margarita or two on the roof.

Some quotes I had to throw in:

"The 20th century has been characterized by three developments of great political importance: the growth of democracy, the growth of corporate power, and the growth of corporate propaanda as a means of protecting corporate power against democracy."

"Because you once betrayed a young girl for money, many years ago, do you believe the people will betray you now for money?" -The Visit By F. Durrenmatt
"I think the environment should be put in the category of our national security. Defense of our resources is just as important as defense abroad. Otherwise what is there to defend?"

"Germans who wish to use firearms should join the SS or the SA - ordinary citizens don't need guns, as their having guns doesn't serve the State." -Heinrich Himmler

"The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation (where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." -James Madison, Federalist, No. 46

"I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed." -Abraham Lincoln

"Science and Art meet on this ground, that both are there to make men's life easier, the one setting out to maintain, the other to entertain us."
