About Me

It's been over two years, since I joined MySpace. It's been a wonderful treat to discover the music of so many talented musicians. What started out as means of discovering new music evolved into a memorial to my dear late husband Michael. On February 1, 2007, everything changed when he died suddenly of a heart attack. This is the story of my coming to terms with the loss of my best friend and partner in crime. Of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't say that "I get by with a little help from my friends...." As I continue to move forward, I've expanded my blog and now it resides at Miss Dilettante's Playground .

A Cornucopia of Events

So often people in Flint complain about the lack of engaging activities in the area. The truth is that you might have to dig a little deeper than if you lived in a major metropolis.  I found that...
