Promotion is one of the most important aspects of a sucessful release. Without it, your material is doomed to sit on a shelf somewhere and collect dust. To have a sucessful release, it is important to launch a full promotional campaign (radio, review, print zine, online zine, etc.) about 2-3 months before the release date.
We (Astral Sun Promotion) run full scale media/ radio campaigns and we will work with you (and your budget) to design a custom promotional campaign, tailored specifically to your act. Unlike many promotion companies, you will not be sold expensive promotional packages that you cannot afford. Obviously, the more promotion, the better. We also encourage each band to really "hit the streets" and do as much self-promotion as possible. Everything contributes to the success of a release.
