My name is Christopher Alan Stonier, but a lot of people know me as "Stones". Actually, a lot of people only know me by that name. I don't care what you call me as long as you also call me "friend".
I'm known by a lot of people for many different things, but when it comes down to it, I want to be known by all for my selfless friendship and my faith in the One who loves me and gave Himself up for me, Jesus Christ. God has given me this supernatural understanding of His grace and a gift of sharing it with others, so if you want to know more about it, let me know, because I would love to tell you about it. It brings me a joy that I want you to experience for yourself.
I'm mestizo, which means I'm half American and half Filipino. Some people say that I am a walking conundrum, but I'm actually very easy to understand if you take the time to know me. I'm very shy and quiet, which is often mistaken for other things. If I don't say much to you, it's not that I don't want to have a conversation, I'm just more interested in what you could say to me over what I might want to say to you. Believe me, when I think there is something I need to voice, you will hear it. I'm not as "hard" as I appear. I actually have a very soft heart and wear it on my sleeve...which means I've been hurt way too often. But I won't change that just to protect myself. It is the way God made me.
I have a passion for music...anything that can move me physically, spiritually or emotionally. I have a collection that is approaching 600 CD's. I love watching a good movie or reading books of different genres. I am a sushi expert and have been eating it for over 15 years, long before it became trendy. I'm not interested in mainstream sports, but I am a huge fan of the extreme ones...martial arts, motocross, skating, paintball, bodybuilding, etc. That says a lot about my personality. I would rather participate in something that makes me stand out as an individual instead of doing what everyone else is doing and getting lost in the numbers.
I'm a perfectionist. I have equally balanced logic and creative sides that are in constant confliction with each other. I have an unexplainable fear of balloons popping. I still own every greeting card, letter and note that was given to me over the last 20 years. I'm a memento packrat. I don't like pop. I've had chicken pox twice, but I've never broken a bone in my life. I believe friendships are eternal covenants and my favorite holiday is your birthday.
