I am DeViaNt and I love 5 Finger Death Punch (& heavy metal). If you've never listened to them, check em out. This is a FAN page, NOT the offical page! This is for all 5FDP Knuckleheads and all Metalheads alike. I'm a street team promoter for a few bands and I work some venues. I post info on ticket pre-sales, where I promote and other things. I just moved from Florida to Missouri so I might not be doing much of it for the moment since everything is new and weird lol.
BANDS/MUSICIANS: DO NOT TRY TO ADD ME IF YOU ARE NOT METAL! NO RAP!! And personally, I'm not here to add a bunch of bands since this page is for fans of 5FDP. I'll deny most of you, sorry. I do listen to the music of every band who friend requests and I choose who I accept based on how good you are and how established you are.

Even before 5FDP existed, every member of the Death Punch earned their black belts in metal, and their individual stories are nothing short of amazing. Yet, It’s still a paramount task to write a biography about a band that’s very essence is “walking the walk” instead of “talking the talk”.
Five Finger Death Punch would rather leave “blowing their own horn” to the angels of the apocalypse – but - provide the soundtrack for the celestial event.
Since the conception of the band, 5FDP just did what had to be done, and has done it in a rapid pace. They have pulled together a world class production team: Including Stevo Shotgun Bruno – (Motley, Crue, Prong) Mike Sharkysian (Spineshank) and Logan Mader (Machine Head, Soulfly) for recording their first album “The Way Of The Fist”.
According to the diehard fans they rapidly acquired, “Five Finger Death Punch” turned out to be a fairly descriptive name regarding the band’s iron fisted delivery of their vision. In the overwhelming response, the phrase that echoed the most, was “True Metal” – something the band ended up picking up as a short description of their music.
5FDP seems to hit a chord that is sorely lacking in today’s musical climate. Their melodic aggression, the fast technical riffage contrasted by arena ready epic pieces - invoke the spirit of the glory days of metal. However, the down tuned subsonic assault definitely reminds us we’re in the 21st century. The band perfected today’s sound but fused it with yesterday’s songwriting values.
On the first week of it's release The Way Of The Fist landed on the Billboard 200, and became the most added record to rock/metal radio. A couple of weeks later it claimed the number 1 spot on Billboard's new artists chart and their first single "The Bleeding" is currently number 25 and climbing on the rock radio charts.
5FDP spent the summer of 2007 on the road headlining the Guitar Hero Stage on Korn's Family Values Tour. Shortly after, they headed out with Korn and Hellyeah on The "Bitch we have a problem tour" conquering town after town. The Way Of The Fist is IN STORES NOW !!
