At the tender age of 15, my buddy Sam suggested that if I sold one of my bicycles I could buy an electric guitar and start a band with him.
It seemed like a good idea and the ride down the road of music has continued ever since. I began as an assistant engineer at Powerhouse Studios in Sydney at the age of 21. After 18 months I found myself at the biggest and best recording studio in Australia: EMI's Studios 301.
This is where I was able to work with the cream of the crop of producers, engineer and artists. After 2 years and a truckload of Jaffacakes and coffee I went freelance. The risk paid off. After just 6 months, Andrew Farriss of INXS got me in for a session with Jenny Morris. The relationship with Andrew gave me the opportunity to be more expressive with my programming as well as engineering and mixing. As my relationship with Andrew grew, he requested that I come to the UK to work with him. We not only worked on the INXS album (pre-production through to the the final album with Bruce Fairbairn), but we also did several other productions together including: GUN, Yothu Yindi and Teddy Richards.
Since that time in 1996 I have stayed in Europe and continued a busy career working all Europe, the UK and Canada with the likes of:

And it's not over yet. I've been in Paris for three years now and I'm loving it. The great Parisian markets are inspiring my passion for cooking, allowing me to mix things up in the kitchen as well as in the studio. Email me and I'll tell you what's cooking...
I have various options of great recording studios including my own production facility with.
