My mom has recently been diagnosed with gastric cancer--one of the rarest and fastest spreading cancers known. Every day has been a whirlwind, and we are trying to stay strong. The cancer cannot be treated in AL, so we have to get her to NY to one of the best cancer centers in the world.The schedule from now will be "every other week" treatments until mid-September. That will be the end of the first of three long sessions. The doctors were pleased with her strength, so they decided to hit her with the roughest chemo-therapy they have. We are asking for prayer more than anything in the world. Healing, comfort, strength, patience, encouragement, and life--Life for herself, but most of all, life for those people who God is preparing to be touched by her.
