As a son of Music, Logan is true to his bloodline. A singer, bass guitarist, composer, lyricist, and vibe chaser, he is true to this element called music and is a loyal student of the legendary Miles Davis. Many have asked, "how do you identify with a trumpet player as a bass player and vocalist?" His answer is and has been, "Miles is not just a trumpet player, he is a MUSICIAN and a visionary who knows what it means to surrender to the force of music. And THAT'S how I identify with Miles."
Logan, after singing with several recording artists and groups, touring the country, and conveying their visions decided that it was time to step away and live out his own vision. Thus Logan, the artist, stands on his own two feet and plans to live out his destiny. When asked, Logan says, "I don't want my music to be put in a box (R&B, Gospel, Neo Soul, Jazz, Easy Listening, or whatever). I like to call it "Life Music" because it's based on life and my experiences. I realize that my music won't be accepted by everyone and that's okay. I'm just sharing what God has placed in me. In the words of Tye Tribbett, 'I aint tryin to be no superstar' so don't expect me to act like one...I'm just doing what my passion is and hopefully it reaches the world....the truth, the soul, the spirit of my music."
When it's all said and done, "I want to be remembered for the honesty and beauty of my spirit. Musically, I just want to be who God created....not watered down by anything or anyONE. This is me!"{}
