/aThis page was started as a tribute to TROUBLE because of what a tremendous band they were/are. Since the band was so unsung, they deserve a tribute page. I remember the first time I heard Trouble was seeing the "End of My Daze" video on Headbanger's Ball. Me and my buddy Geoff were watching and I remember saying that they were very heavy but without a point. Boy was I wrong! The next that I heard was on a Metal Massacre compilation from Metal Blade. They did a cover of The Beatles' 'Come Together' that was amazing. (IF ANYONE COULD HOOK ME UP WITH A QUALITY MP3 OF THAT, I'D BE MOST GRATEFUL!) I grew up listening to my mother's vinyl copy of Abbey Road and this destroyed Aerosmith's version. I was lucky enough to see the band live once when they opened for Savatage on the 'Gutter Ballet' tour at Bonnie's Roxx in NJ. I met Eric Wagner that night and he was very cool and I actually asked him for permission for my band to cover 'End of My Daze' and he said that was cool. Since he had on a Beatles t-shirt (and a velvet blazer) I told him that I too was a fan and asked why they didn't do the cover live. I don't remember his answer but he signed my s/t cd booklet and promo poster. He was very cool. I also waited to meet Ron Holzner because I was a fan and a bass player but he was a dick. I waited patiently for at least 15-20 minutes while he talked to some women but he kept glancing at me like I was some pain in the ass so eventually I told him to go fuck himself. All I wanted was to say hello and that I was a fan. They didn't have all that many back then and he acted like he was in Van Halen or something. Oh well, you never know what someone is going through when you meet them so don't judge. I also met Jon Oliva from Savatage that night and he was also very cool. I wish I had met Criss too but it wasn't to be. R.I.P. Criss Oliva. Man, they were great live too and MUCH heavier than their studio recordings.I would have seen the mighty Trouble twice if I hadn't gotten lost on the way to see them open for Danzig at Pulsations in PA. At least I was blessed enough to see them once and meet the very cool Eric. I just learned of Barry Stern's death and that upsets me because he put on a heck of a show and he had a great stage personality. He jumped up from his kit at every opportunity and was very engaging with the crowd. R.I.P. Barry Stern.I put the complete the Live In Stockholm show here since it's not on DVD in America...HINT, HINT!!!Psalm 9Victim Of The InsaneAssassin

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Ron Holzner again to see if it was a fluke! I'd like to meet the rest of the guys but I really have been blessed to have met a lot of famous musicians. I will list them later.
