After two decades of working for others he has opened his own custom shop.Chris is experienced in all phases of building, modifying, customizing and repairing acoustic and electric guitars and basses. While at Hosono Guitar Works, Chris built guitars for several famous players and some famous companies. He has worked on guitars for players from California to Connecticut. His customer list has grown steadily, mostly by word of mouth from existing clients, which we believe is the highest recommendation a craftsman can receive. In addition to his ever-growing list of new customers he has hundreds of customers who trust him with their instruments year after year, and we’re confident you will too.
