Along the musical way, Sly and Kubix shared some stages together. By the reggae music's connections they were called to play on the project "Sly and the Dubbers" .
Sly is a lead vocal inspired by the roots voices of reggae music and Kubix is a guitarist and riddim maker.
They met each others one day to share this wish to create some tunes . One year later, a new album was ready : Sly meets Kubix "Tears of freedom" !

BIOGRAPHY SLY

Sly begins reggae singing and guitar in 1993 with a group called "trinity." The group made some compositions and concerts .
In 1995, he played with: "Binghidread" ..boards (this band later became "Orange street ...") and "K2R" where he's singing and playing guitar (Festivals, various scenes). He left the group a year before the release of their first album, which put them in the spotlight of french reggae .
In 1998, he met the members of One's "Again". It comes out of this work one 13 titles album "The cards of fate." They are widely distributed and run various French stages. After a distribution contract that turns bad and endless discussions, he decided to retire some time to concentrate on his family life.
In 2003, he was contacted by Dub Master Riko to work on his project "Dub Round One." He comes out an album entitled "Dub Master Riko present: Sly and the Dubbers" an opus of 14 titles released in 2005. The album will be released in England and Holland and a title (Jah Jah dub) will be retained for two compilations distributed in Europe and the USA.
In 2006, Sly engages himself in the composition of another album with Kubix, guitarist in various reggae bands, backing bands and composer "Sly meets Kubix - Tears of freedom ".
In 2007 Sly goes to Jamaica for 1 month to take contacts, work with locals artits and mix some tunes .
