Some of my favorites include; Mother Effin DJ Hector, The White Stripes, Rancid, Jack Johnson, Sublime, SPOON, Jimmy Eat World, Ben Harper, Counting Crows, AnchondO, Johnny Cash, Fall Out Boy, Long Beach Dub All Stars, Weezer, Dropkick Murphys, 311, Plain White Tee's, Sister Hazel, Green Day, Panic! At the Disco, The Raconteurs, Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Pomeroy, Ween, The Used, Sonic Youth, The Urge, Elliott Smith, Moe, String Cheese, Quasi, Blind Melon, Dave Matthews, Modest Mouse, Dashboard Confessional, Death Cab for Cutie, Steve Miller Band, Eve 6, Lit, Snow Patrol, sometimes John Mayer, etc. Anything but techno and dirty rap stuff! I don't really listen to the radio that often, I'd like to think i'm my own DJ. (~*~*~ special note *~*~) I suppose I am coming around to certain kinds of quote unquote "techno" such as house, because it makes me feel happy. :)
My favorite movies change quite frequently, but right now I really like Napoleon Dynamite, and the Devils Rejects. Empire Records and the Breakfast Club are two classics you could never beat. Never watch the brothers grimm it makes you cry for the boredom..... Crash was great, and Sin City is in the top, Kill Bill..... Hard Candy was very twisted. If you want to watch something that is just plain disturbing, Tideland will do the trick for you. Grindhouse was awesome, the second of the two (Deathproof) was my favorite, lots of suspense & action. ATHF movie is pimp.
No TV watching here, just seasons on DVD; Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Family Guy, King of the Hill, Robot Chicken, The Office (probably the best of them all.)
I loved all the Harry Potter books, guilty as charged! I like Stephen King a lot, the Dark Tower Series still haunts me to this day. The Jungle by Upton Sinclair sticks out right now. Watership Down, Memoirs of a Geisha, American Gods by Neil Gaiman, Blindness, Mad Sheep, Is it a Choice?, White Rabbit, The Sparrow, too many to list. Pretty much any book that Mandy borrows me or recommends is amazing.
My dad, he is great and does everything and works hard and loves life. Also Nick's parents, they are just as great.
