Band Members: Kelly Jones - Kelly spent six years in the United States Army where he was a supply sergeant. Upon completing his service to his country, Mr. Jones ventured into business for himself opening En' Faith Entertainment (an artist management firm.) En' Faith eventually evolved into much more than an artist management firm, producing several cable TV shows such as The Comfort Zone and Night Moods. In 1994, En' Faith opened its own recording recording studio, recording many of Richmond top musical acts like the Good Guys, Black Source, Skillz, and Tribe of Judah. Mr. Jones then partnered with Todd Easter to form what is now DSR Studios.Todd "Dox-One" Easter - Todd attended the University of Delaware as an engineering major, where he engineered several radio shows on the university’s WUDC. He then relocated back to Richmond where he began working on Richmond’s premiere music video show, Karamel Video Jamz, as creative director and producer. While at KVJ, he also produced radio shows for WCLM AM 1450. Two years later, he decided to explore his own creative ideas and talents as a musician. Mr. Easter has since produced music for some of the countries biggest corporate names such as ABC, Disney, Puma Athletic Wear, and Ecko Clothing. As "Dox-One", Mr. Easter has also produced songs for many underground hip-hop artists such as Wordsworth, Skillz, Skyzoo, The Ranjahz, and 106 & Park champion Nickel-Us-F.Mattye Miller - Mattye, a California native, enhanced his musical gifts with the achievement of his Associates Degree in Music Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, in Richmond, Virginia, along with training and development in music theory at Monterey Peninsula in Monterey, California. As a musician, Mattye is proficient in various styles such as jazz, rhythm and blues, hip-hop, pop, rock, and classical. Since becoming a part of our creative team, Mr. Miller has produced music for some of today’s hottest recording artists including Ashanti, Tyrese, Aaron Hall, Girlz Society, Billy Bathgate, and many more. We feel blessed to have such a well rounded and talented person on our production team.Branden Rhem - Branden has been with DSR since the beginning. Mr. Rhem started working with the community at an early age through a peer assisting/tutoring program. Later, while working for the Richmond Times-Dispatch, he started donating his energy to various community charities and events such as the American Cancer Society, Be Healthy Day, and Art 180. Branden has instrumental in coordinating our efforts to educate underprivileged kids about the music business. As a writer for the Times-Dispatch's weekend section, Mr. Rhem organized numerous talent shows and other functions to help the troubled youth through the musical arts. Branden brings to us his keen insight and the ability to gauge the pulse of the community.
