I love Playing Reggae Music,MMA,my life in recovery,and crossfit. I have a healing modality called Rapid Eye Technology that assists people in releasing trapped trauma, currently hoping to assist combat Vets back from Iraq and Afghanistan . I've played reggae drums now for 25 yrs. and have toured or played with Nicodemus, Fyah Wyah, Zebbie Nyah, Ras Midas, Bobby Culture, Sister I-Live, Fazel Prendegast, founded Sugarbeats with Herb Daly(1986, first Dancehall band ever in Santa Cruz), Carlton Levi and the Road Crew (Caspar Wood on bass,Shogie vocals) Congregation Band with Christopher Plaza(Just officiated at his wedding in NYC Brooklyn Botanical Gardens) and was the original drummer and founder of Root Awakening .
Finished a recording project called "Super Tough" in Oakland at Wally Sound Studio with Tony Moses, Al Poncho Raskidus,Hux Brown, Rankin'Scroo, and Vince Black.We are well into super Tough 2. Also recording backing riddums for I-Dwell records for vocals by Luciano, Lymie Murray,Spectacular, Mark Wonder, Jah Mali, Pressure Busspipe, King Imani, Norrisman, Niyorah, Binghi Ghost, etc.

I live as positive a spiritual life as humanly possible and am in full expectation of nothing but the very best that the Most High has in store for me!
All I need is a couple GOOD friends (I have that) and some time for me to share with my Creator and the rest gets handled! I just try to sight up what's right!
