About Me

Jack Power, Cosy Coxx and Phil Vanderkill founded SERGEANT STEEL in Oct. 2007. The triumvirate recorded five demo tracks, and began to search for a second guitar player and a drummer. In Jannuary 2008 Chuck Boom and Kevin King joined the band.

The band did it's live baptism of fire on August, 22nd 2008. Since that SERGEANT STEEL have done several shows thoughout the Austrian club scene, including appearances at the Posthof/Linz and Viper Room/Vienna. In September 2008 SERGEANT STEEL started to record their debut album "Lovers & Maniacs".

In September 2009 SERGEANT STEEL introduced a sixth member: piano/keyboard player Ben Bateman.

In December 2009 legendary producer Beau Hill (Ratt, Alice Cooper, Europe, etc.) mastered the debut record in Los Angeles."Lovers & Maniacs" is going to be released on March, 6th 2010.
