I am a professional musician living in Santa Fe, NM by way of New Orleans...Although I miss NOLA, Santa Fe has embraced my family and has become my home. I play with several local bands and have a New Orleans Funk band called The GumboProject. I Love to play Funk, Second Line, and almost any other style of music -- as long as it moves people.
As a New Orleans musician, I was able to make music my full-time career and played with Big Chief Monk Boudreaux, Eric Lindell, Tab Benoit, Jimmy Thackery, West Bank Mike and the Fisher Project, John Lisi and DeltaFunk!,Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band, and members of the Neville Brothers Band.
In my new home of Santa Fe, I have found some amazing local musicians whom I have been lucky enough to play with, including Bill Palmer and Felecia Ford and Hundred Year Flood, Star Nayea, Grant Hayunga, Naiz, Steve Leonard, Last to Know, and Vince Herman of Leftover Salmon, among others.
My wife Rachel and I have settled in to this magical place and have made it our home, raising our 13 year-old daughter and our 13 month-old son (who is a Santa Fe native and destined to be a rock star!)
