YdotG/Karl Humphrey is an unsigned songrwiter/artist from South London, who is just starting in the music industry. 'YdotG' has come from being Younga Guinness. 'Guinness' being his older brother who is an influential person to his life and ambitions. He has been writing for about 3 years now but it has only really been since 2004 that he realised that music is him. He's an unsigned solo MC/songwriter, hence the phrase: 'Just Me, No Team', just him word for word and line for line. His genres tends to be R'n'B, Hip-Hop, Grime, Soul and Rap. He entered the competition 'Project Talent UK' at just 17 years of age and got through the first round, but was unable to attend the second. His first ever mixtape, entitled 'Just Me, No Team' has had extremely positive feedback and he is currently working on his second, yet to be titled. YdotG has worked with well-known producers A.D.P. and Naija Boy and is currently in the process of working with many other MCs, singers and producers due to demand. He has also performed in places such as Cro Bar (Croydon), Reigate College and the clubs Liquid and Elysium. More performances are yet to come including E-bar in South Croydon.
