hmm what to say, what to say............basically were here to fucking take over this so called metal scene! Label us if you want but in reality you can't cause one second we'll be throwing down some dark heavy black metal and then the next second well kick your ass with a badass country honkytonk symphony! We have too much of a wide range of influences to just play one genre of metal. Run and hide cause we will slaughter your daughters and rape your sheep!........................wait did I say that right?.........oh and I was kidding about the badass country honkytonk symphony, I dont think there is such a thing as a badass country honkytonk symphony............I dont even think there is such thing as a badass country song! They where formed on August 25, 2007. They are recently creating a 5-song demo which should be out summer 2008. They are recording at Harold's House-a brownsville home studio.-------History(I Think)------- As The Bodies Fall formed in 2007 when three members of a former band got together and recruited a drummer and a singer. Mike Robles, Albert Orozco, and Nick Miles asked Ruben Fuentes and EJ to join a then unnamed As The Bodies Fall. Nick asked Ruben to join because they had know each other from being in a previous band together, Anthesia and EJ was known by the band for being a previous drummer of one of their earlier bands. After EJ joined, the band roughed it out in Ruben's garage for about 4 months and came up with 4 orignals. After they had there music in order they started playing a lengthy amount of gigs, in the months of January and February the band had gigs every weekend, going to the local bars, house parties, and occasional battle of the bands. Today the band is strong and well, and is about to release a 5-song demo. Hopefully the'll start preparing a summer tour for South and Mid Texas.-------The ATBF Curse------- Ever since inception, the band has always had a curse or an unlucky string of events whenever they play live or are all together at the same time. On one of there first couple of gigs, Mike Robles' amp head burned unexpectedly during there set which made them cancel there show. At one gig in Pharr, Texas, one of the band's friends who was transporting the drummers baggage locked his keys in his car without knowing which left the band at a gas station for a while waiting for the police to get there before a show. Another instance was when another friend of the band left his keys in the car with Albert Orozco's half stack in his backseat, which made the band late to the gig, forcing them not to play it. At a house party they where playing, they got the police called on them, but two bands before them had nothing happen to them. On a roadtrip to go see Megadeth, the band traveled in EJ's car that worked perfectly until they went over a seemingly hazardous railroad crossing which caused one of his rear tire's springs to come undone, this made three of the band members get a different ride back home and led EJ and Mike to drive at about 35-40 mph from Corpus Christi back to Browsville. The most recent curse happened at a local battle of the bands, when EJ's girfriend's car wouldn't start, leaving her to abandon her car over night at a trailer park
