This 18-year-old multi-talented performer has been working her way to the top since the young age of three. A triple threat as a phenomenal singer, dancer & model, as well as an aspiring actress, Lia has a bright future ahead of her. Lia’s love of dance and music began when her dad would play the vinyl LPs and singles around the house. She grew up listening to old school hip-hop and soul like LL Cool J and many others. She’d sing and dance all night of course having to change her outfits every other song!
Over the years Lia has won many trophies, pageants & awards for her excellence in singing, ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and more. As a result of her award winning performances, Lia has performed at events both locally and national including: The Carnival at Los Angeles Key Club, BB Kings, Universal City Walk, Celebrity Center, San Diego’s Channel – 933 Your Show Concert, Spreckles & Wilshire Theatres and most recently appeared in videos by Amanda Perez and Disney’s Keke Palmer.
Three years ago Lia signed with R.K. Records / Run DMC Productions, as a founding member of the all girl Pop/ R&B Group BitterSweet. Also a 2007 Las Vegas Music Award Winner for Best New Pop/R&B Group with her previous all girl trio and they are a featured Incubator act on Radio Disney and received radio play on LA’s radio station 96.3! Lia has also performed at the Los Angeles Radio station 96.3 concert event “Calibash†as the opening act for Pit-Bull & the Ying Yang Twins!
Lia has now taken her musical style that is laced with smooth, soulful vocals combined with some of today's hottest Pop/Urban R&B production creating her own, unique sound, as is now a solo artist on the S.E.A.P. School Tour throughout Los Angeles.
Her dynamic stage presence and dance skills are sure to win you over, along with that glowing personality that shines both inside and out.
The 2008 Graduate, Lia is focused on her career more than ever and has sacrificed a great deal over the years knowing that all her hard work would eventually pay off. And pay off it did as her soon to be released hits Overtime, My Place & Girls Like to Flirt, all produced by sought after producer/song writer Damon Sharpe! His credits have contributed to the success of albums that have sold over 30 Million Copies! Artist, include, Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Rowland, Monica and Ginuwine to name a few! Needless to say, Lia is thankful for her many gifts and blessings!
