The members of Hey Champ spend their downtime substituting acoustic drums and electric guitars for analog synths, drum machines, red wine, and candlelight. In these delicate moments, a golden nugget of musical production has been known to emerge from a plethora of seemingly cacophanous bangs, blasts, and squirts.
