Kory who is also known as choirboy has been writing singing and producing inspiring and compelling music for 7 years. Kory started out at the tender age of 2 tapping on pots and pans following along to such artist as Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathoway, and The Mighty Clouds of Joy, only to be later influenced by such artist as Rance Allen, Michael Jackson, Chacka Khan just to name a few. A talent for writing was discovered in junior high when he began to write poetry and short stories to intrigue the minds of his teachers and classmates. Kory came up as a drummer for his dad's quartet gospel group, and would eventually endeavor to sing as a solo artist in 2000, releasing his 1st recording entitled "Change Me" which would gain local radio and television access. In 2003 he released a second cd entitled "Bless His Name" under his own recording label B House Records. Kory is currently promoting the release of his 3rd cd "Divinity" which is expected to be one of the most profound releases of 2007 with eye opening and life changing ministry embeded in every lyric. His music although soulful and rich with a swagger all its own, pulls you in to search yourself, and all that you thought you knew about life, God, "church", and our purpose as believers and "Christians". It is the prayer of B House Records, Kory, and all that are involved with this project that the music that is released by this label not be placed in a box as yet another gospel project that makes you dance, but one that compells you to think, change, and prosper.
