About Me

A little about Cooper.Cooper is and has been a little personal side project of mine for a number of years. It’s like a little imaginary friend. And that’s the way it was always going to be. That is until my friend and fellow musician Ed Toth decided that he liked the songs I played him and that we should record some together. And that’s when Ed joined Cooper. So that’s what we started to do, record some songs. Assisted in the recording process by Aart Knyffe. Not complete at time of writing, those recordings are now what will become Cooper’s first album, hopefully ready sometime this winter. When presented with the opportunity to play live on the Mayercraft carrier, we really couldn’t turn it down. It just seemed like a once in a lifetime experience. So after enlisting the help of the illustrious David LaBruyere on bass and Shawn Byrne on guitar, Cooper took the stage on the Lido Deck and made a loud noise playing some songs on a wonderfully warm afternoon while floating around the Bahamas. And at this point a big shout out to the 'Cooper Groupies!' Our album is nearly recorded and we can't wait to get our recordings out there as it were. We'll keep you posted. Feel free to leave us messages and encouragement! We'll do our best to stay in touch with you! Love Cooper. The band line up at this point is:Ed Toth Drums. David LaBruyere Bass Guitar. Shawn Byrne Guitar. Tim Bradshaw Vocals and Guitar.Newcastle Under Lyme March 2008
