You are here on J-Kad's page (whose real name is Kareem Anthony Diop-Johnson) who is an upcoming artist that is from Birmingham Alabama. He was born june 4th 1987 in Nashville Tennessee, he moved in Alabama right after he was born, and then moved to France with his mother after his parents got divorced, he was 5 years old. He saw his father for the last time at the age of 6 years old.
He started going back to the United-States when he was 12 years old and learned how to speak english back, he started staying with his cousins that were all involved in music espacially rnb and opera which made him love music even more. At the age of 18 he started writing lyrics while being in class.
One of his bestfriends named Antonio that is from Spain that used to write Raggaeton asked him to rap with him one day and then J-Kad loved it and started thinkin about being a rapper (At that time it was just a dream). So since that first time in the booth he kept going back in the studio and got better and better.
Summer 2006 he lost his father that was from Atlanta Georgia which made him stop rapping for a little while but then he came back more motivated than ever. Ever since , J-Kad keeps on doing his thing , trying to make it happen.
