I'm Ashleigh Morrissey, a 20-something music lover following my dream of performing Country music...and enjoying the ride!
Following the traditional musicals and choirs during school, I began singing in a local country band, US 66, after college. I had the awesome opportunity to open for stars like Tracy Lawrence and Mark Wills. I absolutely love being on stage, making music, and connecting with a crowd.
More recently, I have recorded a few demos for some AMAZING songwriters based out of Bloomington-Normal, IL. Big thanks to Greg Putnam and Pat Sheridan for making great songs, teaching me so much, and for enriching my life just by being in it! All of the songs on this page were written by Greg & Pat and recorded at Eclipse Studios (Normal, IL) with the help of studio owner, Erik Nelson, who truly works magic and is an expert at his craft. I have just relocated to Orange County, California, and I'm extremely excited about what lies in store and who I am meeting everyday in this beautiful place!
I'm learning more everyday about who I am and what I really want to make of my life and my music. Thank you to everyone who has taught me, given me a chance, believed in me or been patient with me--I love you very much for it!
