Nick Bowman's progress in the DJ world has been very impressive and incredibly quick. After years of being a fan of electronic music, his wife had the idea for him to become a DJ. After only five months of djing he was already starting to get gigs in his base in Cali, Colombia.Now back in the UK. Nick is ready to impress English clubbers with his filthy sound. 2008 is also going to be a year for beginning production work. He has only been back in England a short while and is already making an impact. He has mixed live on The Future Underground Show on Future Radio, played at Overdose at Ponana, D*Tached at Bluenotes 2, Funktastic / War of the DJs and Fat Factory all at Media Night Club.Nick has played in various clubs in Cali including El Saloon, 10-15, Mazao Park, On/Off, La Fete, Car Audio Park, Aventura Plaza and his first ever public performance at the hugely famous Real People.He has played live and had his mixes played on The Future Underground Show in England and Radio Planeta in Cali, Colombia. He started by playing predominantly dirty electro house. At the moment he is continuing in this style but also playing more and more minimal techno and tech house. He also likes dirty sounding trance from artists such as Sander Van Doorn, Wippenberg and Richard Durand. Basically Nick likes music with a filthy bassline.Besides being a DJ, Nick also acts as a promoter/agent for English DJs looking for gigs in Colombia.
