My mission as a poet, writer, and publisher is not to represent myself, but as a Christian, to represent God. I wish to bring a different perspective of the Bible and Christianity to people by setting an example of how to apply it to real life. My call is to inspire and motivate this generation to live a sanctified life and experience God in a tangible way through a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I wrote my first poem at the age of 8 but did not start writing on a regular basis until my late years in high school. I was raised in a traditional teaching Southern Baptist home, but after giving my life to the Lord at the age of 16 I began to search out God's tangible presence. I came across the teachings of Dr. Fred L. Hodge Jr. at Living Praise Christian Center and found that the Word of God was more than just religion. I discovered the intellectual and relational part of God and has been attending Living Praise ever since. Through the years I have grown into a man of God who views the world through the Word, uses poetry and performs spoken word to inspire and inform. I use biblical principles to give light to every day circumstances and political issues we face in our world today. Inspiring and intellectual, his words have penetrated the hearts of many.
