After performing as a harpist and singer all over Germany, winning several awards like the S’ensemble Stage Award, becoming one of the featured artists of the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation, appearing on German television in shows like "Sternstunden" or "Die Tagesschau" and playing harp at the MTV-Unplugged concert of German punk rock icons "Die Ärzte" Marie Marie has been awarded a scholarship by renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA – which she attended until 2007.
